Best Western Chambersburg

Stayed here twice this past week...once while traveling down south and then on the way back. Very clean...Accommodated our 3 dogs....were very helpful and kind.Breakfast was very good also!

The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was great. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was super nice, helpful and patient with us when we showed up to eat 20 minutes before it was to be put away! The rooms are spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and water that stays hot for 2 showers in a row. I needed more towels, and had no problems when I went to the front desk and asked for some. The location is good, and the price is affordable.

Breakfast, location, price, cleanliness, spaciousness of the room. There were 4 adults in the room and we didn't feel cramped.

I think they are in process of renovating. Everything from the lobby to my room was beautiful. Exceptionally clean. The furniture, microwave, fridge look new at least very recent additions to the room. The largest flat screen TV I've ever seen in a hotel room.

The staff was very accommodating as we arrived very late for our reservation. And we loved the breakfast included; there were eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels & cream cheese, muffins, make-your-own waffles, juices, coffee, cereal, apples. The breakfast staff kept the area clean & stocked until 9am. The hotel is all one floor, so the ceiling of our room was very high which was very nice & made room seem big. There was an L-shaped sofa in the room with the queen-sized bed, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, & TV. We only stayed 1 night so didn't get to use most amenities. Hotel is not far off of 81 at the Chambersburg exit, so very convenient for our travel.
